Rev. Lea Alvarado
She discovered Science of Mind after years of searching. Her spiritual path truly began in her mid-20’s with Landmark Education, a series of personal growth seminars, which provided the foundation she needed to begin her spiritual path. As a seeker, she dove into many spiritual experiences, including Native American retreats and rituals and Celtic Shamanic training. These nature-based experiences connected her to the intelligence that lives in all things and it’s where she discovered her connection to the Divine.
Along her journey she was introduced to Science of Mind. The words spoken deeply aligned with her beliefs and practices. She immediately began taking classes and soon after, she was called to ministry. Rev. Lea graduated from ministerial school in 2018 with a Master’s in Consciousness Studies. In addition, she has a Master’s in Counseling and is a Certified Strengths Coach. She comes to ministry with over 20 years’ experience as a career counselor.
Rev. Lea was previously the Assistant Minister and Senior Minister at Center for Spiritual Living Boulder Valley in Lafayette, CO before moving to Loveland and joining New Thought Northern Colorado as their Associate Minister in 2020.
